Monday- Eat out as we have swimming class
Tuesday- Chimichangas
Wednesday- One Pot Cumin and Smoked Paprika Chicken
Thursday- Steak!! We are on a huge kick of this, sooo yummy!!
Friday- Chicken and Cheese Lasagna Roll Up's
Notes after making the meals:
Chimichangas were great! I only put butter on one side of the tortillas then brushed them once they were rolled up. Also, I did not cook them in the oven as long as they directed as the tortillas were getting quite crunchy.
We LOVED the One pot cumin and smoked paprika chicken although I would add another veggie to the mix.
