- Chicken Taziki Wraps. Didn't get a chance to make these last week so trying again this week. Using Epicure's Taziki dip with these.
- Loaded baked potato salad with steak. Another meal that didn't get done last week.
- Chili Cheese Beef & Mac I feel this will be a hit with the munchkin...time will tell.
- Spinach Artichoke Bites You can't go wrong with this combination!
- Strawberry Crepes Stolen from a friends blog and they come with high recommendations.
*With the hot weather, and no BBQ here, it's been interesting finding meals that don't take an oven or are simple to make in this heat!
Notes:
- Taziki wraps were yummy..put spinach and mushrooms inside
-Chili Cheese Beef and Mac was a giant hit with my boy. He ate a whole plate of supper which never happens!
-Crepes were delicious. Although I cheated and bought the crepes.
