Saturday- Homemade mini pizzas with Epicure's Secret Sauce as the base
Sunday- Sweet potato cauliflower soup
Monday- Spicy sausage pasta
Tuesday- Mama is out..fend for yourself!
Wednesday- Homemade chicken nuggets with Carrot fries
Thursday- Slow cooker meal as we have swimming class. Roast with mini potatoes and vegetables
Friday- Spaghetti and meatballs

Update...
So I have still been meal planning over the past few months but I have neglected to post the plans to my blog...somewhat of a fail! I started this blog for a few reasons:
- to be accountable for meal planning each week.
- the above ensured that I was going to the grocery store with a list. If I don't have a list I WAY over spent and buy items I don't need. -
- it is a great way to keep track of recipes I love and don't want to lose.
- makes week nights a million times less stressful when the guess work of 'what's for dinner?' is done! This in turn makes for more healthy meals.
I need to get back to blogging each meal plan so I can accomplish what I set out to do...make life easier! With the new year upon us there is no better time to get back into the swing of things.

Christmas Baking 2014
Eggnog Cookies....These did not have a lot of flavor in my opinion.
Shortbread Cookies...I'll go back to using my stand by shortbread cookies, they are less work and taste better.

These are amazing! I've made them time and time again, so easy. I make them up the night before and let them rise over night, then bake them in the morning.
